What is it
It’s yummy, spicy, sweet, and popping with flavour! Rojo’s Street Corn Dip is made with fresh corn, zesty green chiles, and premium cheddar and Cotija cheeses. It’s a dip you must run to Costco and get ASAP!

How does it taste
I repeat, it’s yummy, spicy, sweet, and popping with flavour!
But seriously, it has a nice smoky flavour that comes from roasting the corn. Yet the corn still has a nice pop of sweetness when you bite into one of the kernels. There is a touch of heat cooled by the tang of lemon juice and the comforting cheddar and Cotija cheese. Pure deliciousness!
How to serve Rojo’s Street Corn Dip
A dip. I suggest a nice tortilla chip to get this dip into your mouth as quickly as possible! You can serve it hot or cold, and it’s delicious with veggies.
Nacho topping. Make your favourite Nacho recipe, add dollops of the dip and bake! Yum!
Soup topping. Make some Tortilla Soup and add a spoonful of dip instead of sour cream.
Salad dressing. Yup! Do yourself a favour, make a nice crispy salad, and use the dip as a dressing. You can thin it with milk if you find it too thick.
Put it in a Mexican omelette. Use it as a sauce in a chicken wrap. Put a spoonful on top of your baked chicken……. I could go on forever!

Cost
I paid $11.49 for 907 grams, and I would have happily paid more!
Is Rojo’s Street Corn Dip nutritious?
I don’t claim to be an expert, so I like to include the ingredients and nutrition facts so you can decide for yourself. In fact, you should never trust anything I say about nutrition! For example, I look at the ingredients for this dip and see yogurt as the first ingredient. Clearly, that means it’s good for me, and I can eat it for breakfast!
